I contacted Template Monster, and for some reason which I won't go into, our commission has been changed to 20% leaving a 0% discount. Therefore I have changed the discount back to 20%, and the link should now work OK. |

I cannot seem to get the discount to work. I have cleared my cache, and clicked the link in the profile; however, no discount is applied to the website templates?

I got it to work; It didn't want to work on the new internet explorer beta; but it works in firefox. |

It's working fine for me. You have to "checkout" for the discount to be applied. |

Working, but not 20%. I paid $120 for a template which is normally $135. Better than nothing though |

Hi Donna,
I'm afraid I don't know why this happened. The discount is still marked as 20% in our control panel, but as you said it is showing up as less than that on the TM site.
I've contacted TM to find out what's going on.
