I am offering some different packages on my website. I know I am a small time company starting in the buissness but here is my pitch and some info
I keep and maintain all the machines at my location. I have constant moitoring of my systems and keep a good 99.9% uptime.

All machines are mirror of each other to keep backups availible They monitor each other and if one goes down the other takes over only takes a few seconds. Major backups are done at midnight everynight. They run Windows XP with apache. They are p4's with 2 150gig hd's in each.
