As far as I can see, it's a lightly customised IPB installation, with Google Adwords.
Also the logo looks a little stretched/deformed. |

Thats probably because it is being stretched and deformed. The width of the graphic is set to 100% so its unlikely to look particulary good at anything other than its actual size. The bigger your screen the more pixelated it will become. |

I invariably browse with my window maximised, so obviously I would notice it (and the PC I'm using doesn't have an especially low resolution: 1400x1050). |
