http://computer.howstuffworks.com/email.htm

To host it, you will need some mail server software, such as sendmail etc.

Ever heard the expression rtfm?

If you read the overview of it you will find that it is very customisable and will do what you want IF you are prepared to do some work.

Quote (from overview)

"Daemons, or third-party plugins, can be developed to allow custom automation of any mail process. The Daemon interface is public and includes extensive documentation and source code"

ps rtfm means Read The Manual Twisted Evil
