I signed up for cyberwings plan 5. I did all the form filling, but then once i submitted my order they asked me to fill in this other form which had stuff about a domain name and everything, my plan costs $15, do i get a domain name included in that? Please can somebody fill me in on what this is about. |

You have to sign up for a domain name seperately. |

You probably paid for the hosting with Paypal or 2Checkout, and then you have to sign up for the hosting account, and tell CW what username & pass you want. |

The price of hosting doesn't include a domain name, so you'll have to register one seperately. |

Do they have a control panel thing? If so have a look at that, there may be an option in there, if not try emailing their support desk |
