Hi Friends,
I recently opened a phpBB forum ....Although i had little problems with my first design ...i changed its design and now its ready with new design.
Although the header is not finalised but the categories and other graphics are final.

Is there no website to go with it? 
Did you do the graphics yourself (folder icons and stuff)? If so they're quite nice 
The donation icon is a bit cheeky  - if you had thousands of visitors per day, maybe, but asking for donations on a new and small site seems off to me. |

well i know donation look cheeky for a small website but it helps me earn hosting cost. Might be someone interested.

Nice design
Only the category names (like General Category and Designing & Issues Category ) are to high.
