Is there a way or a knowned free script that can prevent that my entire site can be downloaded?

No, if its on the internet people can access it and download it, the only way to prevent it really is to not upload it. |

I wouldn't say that's a bad thing, if you don't want people to download it, you shouldn't put it online  the idea of the internet is that information can flow freely |
