The design is quite nice  . The only thing is that Times for a logo is a bit dull - when you're creating images you don't have to limit yourself so much, use something unusual! 
You seem to have a slight antialiasing problem with some of the buttons though, because you're using them on a darkish background... |

Like the color combo, but yes, use a different font for the header.

Ya, i messed up the footer and just havent fixed it yet.
