Frequently Asked Questions » Plesk Specific
Mail » How do I setup an autoresponder?
- Login to your Plesk Control Panel
- Click on "MAIL"
- Select the mailname on which you want to setup an autoresponder
- Check the "Autoresponder" box
- Click on "ADD"
- Enter a name for your autoresponder
- Configure your autoresponder (content, subject, etc...)
- Click on "UPDATE" - you will come back to the mailname configuration page
- Click on "UPDATE" again. Your autoresponder has been added.

Note: You should probably set your autoresponder to "Reply to unique e-mail address", which means that even if someone sends you five messages, they will only get one reply.
