General » Why can't I access the Plesk Control Panel?
If you are accessing the Internet through a proxy or a firewall, it may be blocking access to port 8443, the port on which Plesk's control panel runs. The only way to access Plesk in this case would be to:
- ask your host to change the port on which Plesk's control panel runs on OR
- ask your ISP/system administrator to allow access to port 8443
